- 1918 - USS O-16 (SS 77) is commissioned
- 1919 - USS R-22 (SS 99) is commissioned
- 1941 - USS Marlin (SS 205) is commissioned
- 1942 - USS Grunion (SS-216) lost, probably in a battle with Japanese ASW forces,off Kiska with the loss of 70 shipmates.
- 1942 - USS S-39 (SS-144) lost when she runs aground off Rossel Island southeast of New Guinea. All her crew is rescued and taken off the island by the HMAS Katoomba. The hulk of the S-39 is still visible from the air.
- 1942 - USS S-39 (SS 144) is decommissioned
- 1942 - USS Grunion (SS 216) is decommissioned
- 1942 - Keel is laid for the USS Skate (SS 305)
- 1943 - USS Golet (SS 361) is launched
- 1952 - USS Razorback (SS 394) is decommissioned
- 1953 - USS Albacore (SS 569) is launched
- 1953 - USS Harder (SS-568) Towed back to US after breakdown off coast of Ireland
- 1957 - USS Archerfish (SS 311) is recommissioned for the second time
- 1970 - USS Pomodon (SS 486) is decommissioned for the second time.
- 1970 - USS Segundo (SS 398) is decommissioned
- 1970 - USS Medregal (SS 480) is decommissioned
- 1979 - Keel is laid for the USS Norfolk (SSN 714)
- 1992 - USS Columbus (SSN 762) is launched
- 1992 - USS Lewis & Clark (SSBN 644) is decommissioned
- 1994 - USS Sturgeon (SSN 637) is decommissioned
