Syrian Government Report ! - Terrorists Suffer Heavy Losses in Several Areas

PROVINCES, (SANA) - A unit of the Armed Forces destroyed, in a qualitative operation, a den for an armed terrorist group in al-Rastan city in Homs countryside.

A source in the province told SANA reporter that terrorists Abdul-Rahman al-Youssef, leader of "Men of God" armed terrorist group, was among the terrorists who were killed.

An Armed Forces unit targeted a terrorist gathering in al-Nasra neighborhood in the town of Teldo, killing or injuring most terrorists.

In Homs city, the Armed Forces continued pursuing terrorists in Bab Houd neighborhood, eliminating a terrorist gathering near al-Zawiya Mosque, in addition to raiding a terrorist hideout in the neighborhood and eliminating terrorists inside it, in addition to dismantling communication devices, live feed cameras and an explosive device.

Another unit targeted a terrorist group in Wadi al-Sayeh neighborhood, eliminating most of its members including a number of snipers.

Yet another unit managed to kill members of a terrorist group and injure others near the National Hospital in al-Qarabis neighborhood.

 

The Army Continues its Special Operations in Aleppo

The armed forces today pursued the armed terrorist groups in Aleppo and its countryside , killing a number of terrorists and destroying their vehicles. 

A source in Aleppo told SANA that a unit of the army carried out special operations in Ming, Mara'anaz, Handarat and near al-Kindi Hospital, killing a number of the terrorists. 

Another Army unit clashed with terrorists on al-Mislemiya road, destroying a mortar near the Cement Factory.  

The source added that an army unit destroyed an armored vehicle in Khan al-Asal, killing a number of terrorists. 

Ten cars, some of the equipped with machineguns, were destroyed along with the terrorists and weapons inside them in al-Naqarin area, along with a 130mm Mortar launcher.

In the city of Aleppo, units of the army carried out a special operation targeting the dens of terrorists at Bab al-Hadid near Saad Allah al-Jabri school, al-Nakareen, al-Saad store, killing a number of terrorists and injuring many others. 

Members of Terrorist Groups Killed in Clashes among Them in Idleb

Units of the Armed Forces continued pursuing the armed terrorist groups in Idleb countryside and inflicted heavy losses upon them.

A source in the province told SANA reporter that a unit of the Armed Forces targeted terrorist gatherings in Jisr al-Shughour countryside, Saraqeb and Maaret Masrin.

The source added that a fight between "Jabhat al-Nusra" and another terrorist group in Idleb countryside resulted in killing a number of terrorists.

Meanwhile, the military engineering units dismantled two explosive devices planted by terrorists on Ariha-al-Mastouma highway.

An Armed Forces unit targeted a terrorist group in al-Shiba neighborhood in Jisr al-Shughour, resulting in the elimination of 11 terrorists and the injury of others.

In the same context, terrorists blew up a motorcycle bomb near al-Razi Health Center in the northern district in Idleb. 

A source at Idleb Police Command told SANA reporter that the terrorist bombing caused material damage in the health center and the residential homes in the place. No casualties were reported. 

Terrorists Ambushed and Targeted in Damascus Countryside 

In the meantime, units of the armed forces carried out several operations targeting terrorists' gatherings in Joubar and Harasta in Damascus Countryside, killing and injuring numbers of them. 

An official source told SANA reporter that army units clashed with terrorist groups at Hamama bus station and in the northern and eastern parts of Joubar, killing many terrorists among them Suleiman Juha and Taha Bakkoura were identified.

The source added that an army unit chased a terrorist group at the Red Crescent department in the city of Harasta, killing three of its members, and destroyed a car with all terrorists inside it . 

Meanwhile, an army unit ambushed a terrorist group in the surrounding of al-Iman Mosque in Harasta, killing and injuring many of its members. 

An official source told SANA reporter that an army unit carried out several operations in the area between al-Eteiba and Adra al-Balad, in which it destroyed terrorists' hideouts and gatherings and secured the area surrounding the electric power plant in Adra. 

The source added that scores of terrorists, among them 7 of the so-called "al-Farouk battalion" were identified among the dead. 

The source said that another unit clashed with an armed terrorist group on Adra highway and killed 9 terrorists, adding that a number of terrorists who were committing looting and killing crimes were also killed in the area.
