November 4th - On This Date - USN Submarine Service



1940 - Keel is laid for the USS Silversides (SS 236)
1941 - USS R-3 (SS 80) is decommissioned for the second time.
1941 - USS S-25 (SS 130) is Decommissioned
1943 - Keel is laid for the USS Bumper (SS 333)
